Please allow up to 3 days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.
Once your items are handed over to the shipment carrier, Bella Artistry is not responsible for any "shipping issues". You must contact the carrier for resolving.
RETURNS
Bella Artistry Essentials does not permit refunds. Although, if there is an issue with your order, please be sure to reach out, via email, no more than 7 days after you receive your product.
Please include order information with photos of your issue if applicable.
EXCHANGES
Bella Artistry Essentials will allow for items of equal or lesser value to be exchanged. Although, we do have the right to refuse an exchange impending the inspection of the product after it is received back to us.
The customer will be responsible for any exchange shipping fees.
